Information we collect
meezanscale.com is a product catalog for weighing scales, POS terminals, printers and accessories. We collect information you choose to send when you enquire by phone, email or WhatsApp, or when you request a quotation. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, city or delivery location, and the details of your enquiry, including the products in your quote request.
The quote cart on this website stays in your browser until you choose to open WhatsApp. Opening WhatsApp does not place an order and does not take a payment. An order exists only after Meezan confirms it.
This static website does not run third-party advertising trackers. Browser storage used for the quote cart is described in our Cookies policy.
How we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond to you, provide product information, prepare quotations, and fulfil orders or support when you buy from us. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us operate communications or fulfil an order, only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law. If a confirmed order is later paid through Razorpay or another payment provider, that provider receives the details needed to process the payment.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and customer records only as long as needed for business and legal purposes. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
